Russ Ives, president of Troy, Mich.-based Rose Pest Solutions, has been elected president of the National Pest Management Association (NPMA), headquartered in Fairfax, Va. Ives will be the third generation in his family to hold this position when installed in October. His grandfather, Harlem Ives, served 1954-1955 and his father, H. William Ives, served 1977-1978.
“I’m delighted in my opportunity to serve as president of the NPMA. I’m humbled to carry on the tradition of service to this fine organization that began with my grandfather,” says Ives.
Ives graduated with a bachelor’s degree in economics from Amherst College and earned his master’s degree in business administration from Northwestern University – Kellogg School of Management. He has been president of Rose Pest Solutions for 23 years and resides in Birmingham, Mich.
