South Elgin, Ill.-based McCloud Services has announced the charitable organizations that will receive a donation as part of its 2014-2015 Employee Incentive Program. In its third year, the program has contributed nearly $11,000 to non-profit organizations as part of the company’s philanthropy work.
Charitable organizations receiving donations from the Employee Incentive Program for the 2014-2015 fiscal year include Habitat for Humanity, the American Red Cross and the Humane Society.
“We are very proud of our employee incentive program, as it recognizes individual employees and rewards their respective community in which they support,” says Chris McCloud, president and CEO. “This program not only acknowledges employees’ dedication and hard work, but also gives them the opportunity to give back to the communities that they are a part of. We continue to see this program grow immensely and proudly acknowledge McCloud’s charitable efforts.”
The program rewards employees who exceed production and sales goals for the fiscal year with an employee incentive program that gives back to the community. All individual performance winners have the opportunity to select a qualified non-profit organization for which McCloud Services makes a donation on their behalf. Recognized employees also receive a company-paid trip.
The 2014-2015 Employee Incentive Program winners include:
· Mike Colombo – District Manager – Kansas City
· Robbie Heisner – Service Specialist – Nashville
· Oleg Latyshev – Service Specialist – Kansas City
· Jennifer Peterson – Service Specialist – Davenport

The company will also participate in several other charitable events throughout the summer in the Chicagoland area, including the Clearbrook Women’s Golf Classic and the Food for Friends Golf Outing.
