Troy, Mich.-based Rose Pest Solutions, the oldest pest management company in the U.S., has expanded its presence in the Cincinnati area with the acquisition of Redwine Pest Control. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
Founded in 1860 in Cincinnati, Rose Pest Solutions serves residential and commercial customers in Michigan, Ohio, northeast Indiana, northern Kentucky and western Pennsylvania. It has been family-owned and -operated since 1932 and its president, Russ Ives, is also president-elect of the National Pest Management Association (NPMA).
Redwine Pest Control is a family-owned business that has served the Cincinnati metropolitan area and northern Kentucky for the past 11 years. The company is a three-time Angie’s List Super Service Award winner. Owner Paul Redwine has joined Rose Pest Solutions as an account manager.
