Talon Ultrablok rodenticide from Syngenta Professional Pest Management (PPM) is now available in a 16-lb. case containing two 8-lb. pails.
“The Talon Ultrablok formulation features the latest in food science technology,” says Dr. ElRay Roper, senior technical representative, Professional Pest Management, for Syngenta in North America. “With the release of the convenient 8-lb. pail configuration for Talon Ultrablok, PMPs can now choose from two package options – the new 8-lb. pail configuration or our 8-lb. bag configuration — to meet their specific business needs.”
Talon Ultrablok contains brodifacoum, as well as exclusive ingredients that have been shown to improve acceptance of the bait. Rats and mice only need to eat a small amount of the bait to receive a lethal dose of the active ingredient, which helps control rodents in a single feeding, including warfarin-resistant rodents.
PMPs can receive yearlong rebates on purchases of the new Talon Ultrablok pails with the PestPartners 365 Program. For more information about the program, visit PestPartners365.com. The new Talon Ultrablok pail option is registered in the state of New York. At press time, the Talon Ultrablok 16-lb. case containing two 8-lb. pails is not registered in the state of California. PMPs in the state of California can purchase the two 8-lb. bag configuration, another package option currently offered for Talon Ultrablok.
Talon Ultrablok has joined existing Syngenta PPM rodenticide solutions, including Talon-G and Weatherblok XT rodenticides, to create an enhanced rodent-control portfolio. With all three products now available in pail form, PMPs can choose from a wider selection of control methods for their businesses.
“Customers expect successful rodent control on their properties, which means PMPs need the right type of packaging for their products,” says Gregg Wisniewski, market manager, Professional Pest Management, for Syngenta in North America. “By offering the convenience of Talon Ultrablok in two 8-lb. pails, it can provide the quick success that pleases both the PMP and the customer.”
