Arrow Exterminators, an Atlanta-based pest control company, acquired Wise Chem Safe Pest Control, a division of Coleman Exterminating. With this acquisition, Arrow will be able to expand their business in Texas, operating three new service centers in Decatur, Denton, and Graham, along with four previous Arrow centers.
Emily Thomas Kendrick, president and chief executive officer of Arrow Exterminators, said, “We are so pleased to welcome the customers and 22 team members of Wise Chem Safe Pest Control. Their commitment to the community, passion for customer service and full service offerings makes them a perfect strategic fit for Arrow.”
Wise Chem Safe Pest Control owner Sunny Coleman agreed, saying, “When we started exploring selling our business, we wanted to find a company that provides exemplary customer service and is passionate about how customers and team members are treated. We have always said that ‘a business that values family, values customers.’ We are proud to join a fellow family-owned and -operated company and be a part of the Arrow family,” said Coleman. “In addition, we were looking for a company that would provide our team members with many growth opportunities and an expanded range of services to offer our customers.”
“Wise Chem Safe Pest Control is well regarded in the state of Texas and we are proud to have this seasoned team of professionals join the Arrow family,” said Tim Pollard, Arrow’s senior executive vice president and chief operating officer. “Texas is an important market as we grow to 200 million and beyond. We continuously look to merge with high-quality companies who share our goals, principles and culture and I believe we found the perfect fit with Wise Chem Safe Pest Control.”
Arrow Exterminators was founded in 1964, and is now the sixth-largest pest control company in the United States.
