Orlando, Fla.-based Massey Services has purchased EcoShield Pest Control’s Oklahoma City, Okla., location. Terms were not disclosed.

Massey Services has more than 450,000 customers throughout Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Texas, South Carolina and Oklahoma.
The Potomac Co. represented and acted as the exclusive financial advisor to EcoShield in the sale.
