Atlanta-based Arrow Exterminators announces the merger and acquisition of Phoenix-based Sun Valley Pest & Termite Control. This will provide Arrow the opportunity to strengthen its presence in the Phoenix market.
“We are so pleased to welcome the residential and commercial customers of Sun Valley Pest & Termite Control,” says Emily Thomas Kendrick, president and CEO of Arrow Exterminators.
“Many of our customers know us not just as a pest company but also as friends, so finding a company we could entrust our customers to was critical in our decision-making process,” says Sun Valley co-owner Keith DeWitt.
Co-owner Nancy DeWitt adds, “We are so pleased to have merged with a family-owned and -operated company, and now have our customers be serviced by members of the Arrow family. Our customers now can enjoy an expanded range of services.”

Sun Valley will join the other Arrow Exterminators office in the Phoenix market and will operate as Arrow Exterminators.
