Tucson, Ariz.-based Truly Nolen Pest Control has promoted Sean Rowland to manager of its Bonita Springs, Fla., service office. Rowland has been with Truly Nolen since 2015 and brings more than 20 years of restaurant industry and operations experience with him from companies such as Darden Restaurants, Cheddars, Ford’s Garage and Elevation Burger. He is a graduate of Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.
“It’s difficult to add real, tangible value to someone’s life with a pasta dish or cheeseburger,” Rowland quips. “Pest control is completely different. I’m excited about serving people who have real concerns and issues.”
“Sean’s background with people in his previous industry made him a natural fit for our company,” says Dave Scott, manager of Truly Nolen District 102. “He proved himself as an effective leader in his previous role as manager-in-training, and we are delighted to have him as a member of our team.”
