Rentokil Steritech acquires Isotech

Rentokil SteritechReading, Pa.-based Rentokil Steritech has acquired Isotech Pest Management, Covina, Calif. Isotech has been in business since 2004 and significantly expands Rentokil’s pest control footprint in the southern California and Las Vegas, Nev., areas. The acquisition was finalized Oct. 1, 2016. Terms were not disclosed.

Isotech employs 90 people, including 60 pest control technicians. All current employees will remain with Rentokil, and the current leadership will be staying on to ensure a smooth transition for customers. The new acquisition will continue to operate as Isotech out of its existing locations.
