Copesan Services announces a transition in leadership for its wholly-owned operating companies: Wil-Kil Pest Control, Menomonee Falls, Wis., and Holder’s Pest Solutions, Houston, Texas.

J. Kevin Jeffrey, ACE, has been promoted to general manager – operating companies effective Nov. 7, 2016.  Jeffrey, most recently director of strategic accounts for the operating companies, will be replacing industry veteran Dale Bauerkemper, ACE, vice president of operating companies. Bauerkemper will retire May 1, 2017, after 40 years of service.

“We’re excited to have Kevin in this role to lead and grow Wil-Kil and Holder’s in 2017 and beyond. Kevin has brought a wealth of industry experience and pest management expertise to our organization since his hire in 2012,” says Copesan President Deni Naumann.

Jeffrey is an Associate Certified Entomologist (ACE) and has been responsible for all aspects of operations including sales, service and quality during his 30-year career in the industry.

Hired in 1977 as a Wil-Kil Service Technician, Bauerkemper progressed through the Copesan Services organization, earned his ACE certification and has held a variety of leadership roles.

“Dale’s passion and commitment will be missed; he has been an inspirational leader for all of us on the team. However, we’re also thrilled he has the privilege of enjoying his retirement with well-deserved time on the golf course, in the north woods, on the water, and with wife, Debbie, and family including his three young grandchildren,” says Naumann.

Jeffrey and Bauerkemper will be working side-by-side to ensure a smooth transition of responsibilities over the next six months. They both report to Naumann and sit on the executive management team of Copesan Services.
