The CMT TV show “Billy Goes North,” which follows the Canadian adventures of Louisiana pest management professional (PMP) Billy Bretherton, recently featured Dan Morgan, CEO of Toronto-based Green Tech Bug Heat.
The episode focused on a severe bed bug infestation in a multi-unit rented house where the heat (140 degrees F.) permeated even the hardest-to-reach places and killed all of the bed bugs and their eggs.
The typical bed bug heat treatment takes anywhere from eight to fourteen hours to complete properly and results in a 100 percent kill of all of the bed bugs and their eggs in just one treatment, according to Morgan.
