During Truly Nolen International’s XII International Convention last month in Mexico, three grand openings since July were of note. The annual convention brings together Truly Nolen franchisees from Albania to Venezuela to discuss best practices, innovative techniques and ways to continue growing the brand.
“Realizing how big the world truly is, we wanted to do something to bring our owners from around the globe together for one week to get to know one another and share great ideas,” says Jose Lutz, CEO of Truly Nolen International. “Twelve years later, the convention is our most popular event year in and year out, and we are ecstatic our attendance grows exponentially each year as well.”
Truly Nolen International’s goal is to be present in every country in the world.
“We are achieving this goal through franchisees that are driven entrepreneurs while servicing customers with the same quality standards established by Truly Nolen,” says Lutz. “This combination has been important to our success.”
The franchises that have opened since July 1, 2016, are located in Almaty, Kazakhstan; San Antonio, Chile; and Auckland, New Zealand. These three openings bring the company’s total to 209 offices in 62 countries. Truly Nolen International employs more than 3,500 around the globe. Currently, 90 percent of the company’s international branches serve businesses both for active and preventative protection from pest issues.
