Atlanta-based Arrow Exterminators announces the merger and acquisition of Action Termite and Pest Control of Tennessee, based in Morristown, Tenn. This transaction further strengthens Arrow’s presence in Eastern Tennessee, and complements the other seven Arrow offices in the Volunteer State. Founded in 1972, Action will ultimately operate as Arrow Exterminators. Terms were not disclosed.
