Bug Out Service, based in Jacksonville, Fla., has merged with All Safe Termite & Pest Control, Ocala, Fla. While terms of the deal were not disclosed, Bug Out said it adds $500,000 in annual revenue.
“Bug Out is proud to merge with All Safe Termite & Pest Control, and grow our customer base in central Florida,” says Curtis Rand, regional vice president of Bug Out Service. “We are excited to work with their existing team, and we look forward to delivering the same high level of service their customers have come to expect.”
All Safe service professionals will stay with the company as it transitions to Bug Out Service.

Bug Out’s Ocala office is led by Branch Operations Manager Robert Holyfield. Holyfield will continue in this role following the merger with All Safe Termite & Pest.
