Wil-Kil Pest Control announces new leadership positions at its Menomonee Falls, Wis., headquarters. Gary Checkai, most recently sales and service manager at Wil-Kil, is succeeding Randy Allen as regional manager of the Menomonee Falls location. Allen, meanwhile, has been promoted to director of strategic accounts for Copesan Services’ two operating companies, Wil-Kil Pest Control and Holder’s Pest Solutions, based in Houston.

“Both Gary and Randy have been with Wil-Kil for over 30 years. They have extensive experience and dedication to the company, and the entire pest control industry. Their expertise will continue to make a positive impact on our customers throughout the Midwest,” says J. Kevin Jeffrey, general manager – operating companies for Copesan Services.

Checkai, a 30-year pest management veteran, has spent the majority of his career with Wil-Kil Pest Control and Holder’s Pest Solutions. Most recently, he served as the sales and service manager in the Racine, Kenosha, Northeast Illinois and Chicago areas. In his new role, Checkai will oversee all sales and operations for the Southeast Wisconsin, Northeast Illinois and Chicago regions.

Hired in 1981 as a stock clerk, Allen progressed through Wil-Kil, earning multiple certifications and holding various leadership roles. He also helped to establish new pest control programs for the company, bringing the first bed bug canine to the state of Wisconsin in 2009. In Allen’s new role as director of strategic accounts, he will be responsible for developing relationships with key clients, maintaining a high level of service quality for these clients and evaluating their program and optimization needs as their businesses and the regulatory standards change.
