Tucson, Ariz.-based Truly Nolen Pest Control has promoted Scott Gilman to manager of its Lakeland, Fla., service office.
Gilman joined the company as a manager-in-training in 2016. Prior to joining the company, he worked in management with Home Depot for 13 years. Prior to that, Gilman spent 11 years in the pest control industry with Sears Termite and Pest Control.
“I love working with people and helping them fulfill their full potential,” says Gilman. “I will build a team that believes in achieving goals.”
“Scott has a proven track record of being successful in sales, service, and management both in and out of our industry,” says Central Florida District Manager Tim Phillips. “I know he will be a tremendous asset to the entire Lakeland team.”
