Atlanta-based Skyline Pest Solutions has acquired Evergreen Termite & Pest Control, based in Conyers, Ga. Skyline Pest Solutions is operated by Environmental Pest Service (EPS). Terms were not disclosed.
Evergreen Termite and Pest Control will join Skyline’s Buford, McDonough and Social Circle branches. The acquisition will expand Skyline’s presence in Rockdale County and the surrounding areas, and increase revenues in the Social Circle branch.
