BugMaster Exterminators was established in 1975 and provides residential and commercial pest and termite management services to customers in Mobile and Daphne, Ala.

“When we started thinking about finding a home for our employees and customers a few years ago, we knew exactly what we were looking for – a company that treated people just like we have done for the past 42 years,” said BugMaster Exterminators’ owner Frank Alardo. “An opportunity for growth was also a critical piece of our decision-making progress and we knew there would be growth opportunities for our employees as well as an expanded range of services to offer our customers.”

The deal will allow Arrow to offer more residential and commercial customers a full line of services.

“We are delighted to welcome the customers and team members of BugMaster Exterminators to the Arrow family,” said Arrow Exterminators’ President and CEO Emily Thomas Kendrick. “BugMaster’s service pledge to their clients and desire for providing an outstanding customer experience makes this not only a perfect fit, but a strategic one as well.”

All of BugMaster Exterminators’ employees will remain with the company, which will ultimately operate as Arrow Exterminators.
