WCS purchases Batcone

Wildlife Control Supplies (WCS), based in East Granby, Conn., has acquired Brewster, N.Y.-based Batcone LLC from Jim Dreisacker, inventor of the Batcone and Pro-Cone lines of bat and multi-use professional wildlife excluders. Terms were not disclosed.

“The Batcone and Pro-Cone lines of products revolutionized the exclusion of bats, birds and small animals in the professional wildlife control industry,” says Alan Huot, president of WCS. “Jim is a well-known industry expert in bat exclusion, and his development and marketing of these products was a game-changer. The products work well and fit our strategy of providing our customers the best quality products at competitive prices.”

Dreisacker says he believes his products “are in good hands with WCS. WCS is the industry leader in servicing wildlife professionals with quality products and knowledge.”
