Clearwater, Fla.-based Safer Home Services has opened a service center in Lakewood Ranch, Fla., to service the Manatee County market. President & CEO Jim Swayne says Safer’s re-introduction of the Once-A-Year Pest Protection concept has created tremendous demand, and opening the company’s first new service center south of Tampa Bay was an “easy decision to make. The Lakewood Ranch area is one of the fastest-growing residential areas in Florida and a perfect fit for Safer’s business model.”

Shaun Reeves, ACE, an industry veteran of more than 18 years, has been promoted to branch manager to run the new service center.

“It’s very exciting to be part of a company that customers find so easy to fall in love with,” Reeves says. “The growth I have witnessed in my first year at Safer Home Services has been unlike anything I’ve seen before.”

Safer Home Services has grown more than 325 percent since its first full year of operating in 2015, Swayne says.
