Arrow Environmental Services, based in Tampa, Fla., has acquired Port Charlotte, Fla.-based A1 Superior Pest Control. Terms were not disclosed, but the deal expands Arrow’s presence in the southwest Florida market and adds $1.25 million in annual revenue.
“Arrow is proud to welcome A1 Superior Pest Control to our growing team,” says Brad Pitts, regional vice president of Arrow Environmental Services. “We are excited to work with their team in Port Charlotte, and look forward to providing the same level of high-quality service their customers have come to expect.”
For more than 20 years, A1 Superior Pest Control has been serving the residents of Charlotte, Sarasota, Manatee and Desoto counties with pest, termite and lawn service. Their office will be rolled into Arrow as a new branch location. In addition, 13 employees, including service technicians, administrative staff and manager, will join the Arrow team.
