Kalamazoo, Mich.-based Griffin Pest Solutions recently acquired Pest Arrest, Oak Park, Mich. This transaction further expands the reach of these two companies in Detroit and its surrounding markets. Terms were not disclosed

Founded in 2010, Pest Arrest has had consistent growth around Detroit and surrounding markets, especially with multi-family housing accounts.
Members of the Pest Arrest staff are joining the Griffin Pest Solutions team, relocating their offices to Livonia, Mich., this month.
