Truly Nolen Pest Control, based in Tucson, Ariz., has promoted Cyndreka Havard to manager of its Houston, Texas, service office.
Havard joined Truly Nolen in May 2016 and was most recently in the company’s Manager-in-Training program. Prior to joining Truly Nolen, Havard was a manager at Panera Bread in Lafayette, La., for seven years. She graduated from Jackson State University in Mississippi with a degree in biology and from Belhaven University in Mississippi with a master’s in business administration.
“I am excited about the opportunity to cultivate our company culture into my service office and move us forward in a new direction for long-term growth and development,” says Havard. “My favorite thing about working for our company is there is always so much support around us.”
“Cyndreka has demonstrated time and time again her passion for our profession from school visits to helping the Houston community recover following Hurricane Harvey,” says District Manager Robert King. “Her passion radiates every team member she comes in contact with, and I am so happy to have her as part of our team.”
