Fulton, Md.-based American Pest, a part of Anticimex Group, has acquired American Pest Control — a family-owned firm based in Rockville, Md. American Pest Control was founded in 1959 and has a solid reputation among its residential customers for offering eco-friendly pest control, bed bug and termite services.
PCO M&A Specialists (a division of PCO Bookkeepers) acted as exclusive financial advisor to American Pest Control. Terms were not disclosed.

The acquisition of American Pest Pest Control is American Pest’s sixth expansion. The company previously acquired Barrier Termite & Pest Control in 2014, GreenStar Termite and Pest in 2016, DSN, ACE and MidAtlantic Pest Services in 2017.
American Pest has been providing integrated pest management (IPM) solutions since 1925. Its team consists of more than 160 brand ambassadors that serve more than 15,000 homes and businesses and millions of square feet of federal offices and institutions throughout Washington D.C., Maryland and Northern Virginia.
