Tampa, Fla.-based Arrow Environmental Services, a subsidiary of Environmental Pest Service, has acquired Casselberry, Fla.-based Miller Enviro-Care. Terms were not disclosed. The deal expands Arrow’s presence in the central Florida market, and adds $1.65 million in annual pest, termite and lawn service revenues.

“Arrow is proud to welcome Miller Enviro-Care to our growing team,” says Brad Pitts, regional VP of Arrow Environmental Services. “We are excited to work with their team in the metro Orlando area, and look forward to providing the same level of high-quality service their customers have come to expect.”

For more than 11 years, Miller Enviro-Care has been serving the residents of Orange, Lake, Osceola and Seminole counties with pest, termite and lawn services. The office will merge with Arrow’s current Altamonte Springs, Fla., branch location. In addition, 11 employees, including service technicians and administrative staff, will join the Arrow team.

“I’m excited about the partnership with Arrow,” says Steve Miller, owner of Miller Enviro-Care. “They are focused on exceeding customer expectations, and I’m confident our customers will continue to be satisfied with their service.”
