Industry veteran Jim Sparks joins Rockford, Tenn.-based Nisus Corp. as an area territory manager for the mountain states, including Washington, Oregon, Montana, Idaho, Wyoming, Utah, Colorado, Arizona and New Mexico.

“Joining Nisus Corporation allows me to embrace my passion for the industry with a company that embodies honesty and integrity while growing and developing long-term relationships — all as keys to success,” Sparks says.

Sparks has more than 25 years of outside sales experience including pest control, distributorship and agricultural.

“We are privileged to add an individual of Sparks’ caliber to our sales team, and we are certain he will exemplify our commitment to the pest control industry,” says Lee Barrett, divisional VP, Domestic/International Pest Control, for Nisus. “With his help, we will be able to take even better care of these important customers, and solidify our position as a leading national manufacturer of pest control products.”

Sparks most recently spent five years as national sales director for Great Lakes Polymer. He provided strategies for product campaigns, was responsible for sales growth and budgets, and coordinated all sales function for North America. Prior to that, he served as business development manager for Univar for 10 years.

Nisus Corp. manufactures sustainable pest control products, as well as wood preservatives to the railroad, utility and lumber industries. It has experienced rapid growth since its beginning in 1990, and distributes more than 30 products to eight different industries across the United States and in seven international markets.
