The Illinois Pest Control Association (IPCA) has partnered with the National Pest Management Association (NPMA) to host the IPCA Public Health Summit. It will take place March 19-20 at the Holiday Inn, Itasca, Ill.

This two-day event is designed to provide pest management professionals (PMPs) with the latest information on industry technologies that are shaping the control of rodents, cockroaches, flies and other public health pests. Educational sessions will be led by industry experts including PMP Hall of Famer Dr. Bobby Corrigan and Virginia Tech’s Dr. Dini Miller. The program is also an opportunity for technicians to earn recertification credits in Illinois and Indiana.

The summit will also feature two special events: the Industry Appreciation Reception and the IPCA Toys for Tots program. The reception provides attendees with a networking opportunity to “talk shop” with industry experts and meet fellow PMPs from their region. Additionally, attendees will have the opportunity to win prizes when contributing a monetary donation to the IPCA Toys for Tots program, which provides funding for the United States Marine Corps Toys for Tots charity.

The full program and online registration is available now at IPCAOnline.org.
