“PestRoutes was the clear choice to help our growing franchise operation streamline and standardize processes,” says Lance Washington, director of domestic franchising at Truly Nolen of America. “It’s important for us to increase efficiencies for our 40-plus existing franchise owners while also providing new franchisees with tools to successfully onboard their business.”

PestRoutes was selected after an extensive evaluation process among various software solution providers, and after successfully onboarding two of Truly Nolen’s more complex franchises. PestRoutes provides standardized templates, consistent invoice language, electronic payments, robust reporting capabilities as well as a door-to-door sales mobile app, SalesRoutes, all of which are required by Truly Nolen.

“PestRoutes has been a great addition to our franchise,” says Bob Toledo, a Truly Nolen franchisee for almost five years, with locations in Columbus and Mansfield, Ohio. “Their mobile app, along with their automatic customer communication, has saved us countless hours of extra work.”

Every Truly Nolen franchisee will have PestRoutes’ core service package, which includes access to a dedicated U.S. support team. While setting up each franchisee on PestRoutes creates standardization across Truly Nolen’s businesses, each franchise will also benefit from the flexibility PestRoutes offers for franchise-specific customizations.

“The software is very user-friendly, and the dashboard with key elements of my business has been a welcome addition to our operation,” adds Toledo. “PestRoutes is an excellent choice for anyone just starting out or more established.”

Using PestRoutes’ Cloud and mobile-based technologies allows Truly Nolen to optimize IT performance without the overwhelming costs associated with the purchase and management of a fully dedicated infrastructure to support their franchise operations.

“Being chosen to help scale and grow their franchise business further solidifies us as a leader in this space,” says Patrick McKittrick, CEO of PestRoutes. “We view them as a strategic partner as we see both of our businesses experiencing rapid growth, and I am excited to see the progress we can make together.”
