CO2 brings together leaders and experts in the pest control and lawn care industries to share successful strategies for growing their businesses and building their teams. The event will take place Dec. 3-6 in Raleigh, N.C.

“We hope to continue to grow the conference, but our focus is always on delivering the highest quality content and conference experience,” says Frank Andolina, Coalmarch COO. “To sell out our fourth conference this early in the year really speaks to the high standard we’ve set.”

The events will include thought-provoking presentations and interactive workshops, focusing on two main pillars: business growth and leadership, and hiring and team retention. More than 100 business owners from across the country will be attending.

“Every year, our goal is to not only address topics that are very much current for business owners, but to elevate the conversation to address future challenges the industry is facing,” says Laura Simis, communications manager. “We pull in top executives and leaders who are taking steps to get ahead of technology and cultural shift in the way people shop for home services, the way they communicate with their customers and the way they run their businesses to keep top talent — it’s really a meeting of the minds for people who are pushing the industry forward year to year.”

Speakers include Tom Jarzynka (Massey Services), Mike Rottler (Rottler Pest & Lawn Solutions), Sharon Roebuck (Eastside Exterminators), Dr. Hamilton Allen (Senske Services) and Marybeth Hall (Rollins).
