Turner Pest Control, an Anticimex company providing comprehensive pest control services to residential and commercial clients in Florida and south Georgia, acquired Bingham’s Professional Pest Management. The acquisition continues the execution of Turner Pest Control’s growth strategy.
Bingham’s is headquartered in St. Petersburg, Fla., and serves thousands of customers throughout the Tampa Bay area.
“Bingham’s reputation as a customer-focused organization makes the company an exceptional addition to Turner,” says Turner Pest Control President Bill Talon. “Our continual investment in our brand and our people is made possible by a culture of excellence, and Bingham’s team reflects that same dedication to quality.”
Bingham’s Professional Pest Management is a family-owned and operated company that has provided expert pest control services in the St. Petersburg area for more than 50 years. The company provides residential and commercial pest control services, including mosquito and rodent control, and it specializes in termite and fumigation services.
“The acquisition is good news for customers and for employees of both organizations,” says Bingham’s President Brian Hawkins. “With Turner’s place within the Anticimex family, everyone will enjoy the best and most advanced products, methods and services on the market. We look forward to combining our experienced teams and to the opportunities ahead.”
Bingham’s 33 employees, including Hawkins, will stay on post acquisition.
“We are thrilled that Bingham’s President and Co-founder Brian Hawkins and CFO Bob Bingham will be staying on the team, as they have been instrumental in building this third generation pest management firm and bring a tremendous amount of institutional knowledge to the table,” says Talon.
Rand Hollon of Preferred Business Brokers acted as the exclusive adviser to Bingham’s Professional Pest Management in the transaction.
