Bug Busters, based in Atlanta, Ga., is offering disinfection services for commercial and residential clients. The services are being offered in the metro Atlanta and throughout Georgia to help combat the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19).

The disinfection service can be performed at commercial venues including warehouses, distribution facilities, processing facilities, schools, office buildings, gyms, public buildings, and residential homes.

The company began offering the services on March 20 using Nisus DSV.

Nisus DSV is a broad-spectrum disinfectant, sanitizer, viricide, mildewstat, fungicide and deodorizer, labeled to kill many viruses and bacteria as well as small flies.

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has determined that Nisus DSV is effective against SARS-CoV-2, the cause of COVID-19. Nisus DSV has been added to EPA’s List N: Products with Emerging Pathogens and Human Coronavirus Claims for Use Against SARS-CoV-2.

The company’s mission includes four main parts: customer service, development, community involvement and technology.

“First things first: our team, customers, and vendors are all part of our family and they mean the world to us. Doing our part in this uncertain time is vital to our mission and company culture,” the company said in a statement. “At Bug Busters, that means utilizing technology to work remotely and communicate with our team to help mitigate the spread of the virus. Secondly, continue with customer service through our part of public health, while being cautious with non-essential person-to-person contact. Thirdly, community involvement with the development of a new service to stop the spread of germs with a professional disinfectant treatment.”
