Troy, Mich.-based Rose Pest Solutions has promoted George Meacham from operations manager to district manager of its new offices in Indianapolis and Kokomo, Ind. The role requires Meacham to oversee operations for the metropolitan Indianapolis and Kokomo service areas, and assume all aspects of district operations — specifically those related to client satisfaction and quality control. He also leads the recruitment, hiring and training of new employees joining the Rose Pest Solutions team, and oversees the new district call center that opened earlier this year.

Meacham joined the company in July, after spending the previous seven years at Indiana Pest Control (IPC), the pest management company Rose Pest Solutions acquired as part of a merger in 2019. He previously worked in the restaurant industry for 15 years prior to starting his career in pest management.

“Rose Pest Solutions has really welcomed me, and everyone else from Indiana Pest Control, with open arms since our merger last year,” Meacham, who lives in Kokomo with his wife and two children, said in a news release. “I’m learning more about this industry every day, and the team has supported me in my new role as district manager. My team and I look forward to providing the very best pest management services to the people and businesses of northern and central Indiana.”
