LOGOS: PEST-END AND ECOMOSQUITO

Pest-End has acquired EcoMosquito, which services towns throughout Middlesex County, Mass.

Pest-End has a presence in Rockingham County, N.H., and Essex County, Mass. This acquisition strengthens Pest-End’s territory further into Massachusetts as part of their 10-year expansion initiatives.

EcoMosquito was founded in 2018 by Ty Costin, Tanner Hutchison and Rich Saccone. The company solves tick and mosquito problems using natural oils and compounds that are eco-friendly and low-risk to people, pets and wildlife.

Since 1977, Pest-End has served residential and commercial customers. It remains one of the few family-owned and -operated pest management professionals in the Northeast. The company is a full-service pest management company offering general pest management services, wildlife control and mosquito and tick services. According to a Pest-End news release, the acquisition of EcoMosquito will also help to broaden Pest-End’s service offerings as EcoMosquito specializes in the organic service sector.

“We have a very ambitious goal of becoming New England’s largest, privately owned pest management company by 2031. Though we have always excelled in growing organically, achieving our objective will require a multi-faceted approach, including bringing our marketing in-house last year, growing our sales team, and now strategic business acquisitions. EcoMosquito’s core market is one that we’ve had our sights set on. In addition, EcoMosquito’s commitment to providing exceptional customer service aligns with our core values as an organization which only affirmed that this was an opportunity that we could not let slip away.” said Courtney Carace, ACE, Pest-End’s COO.

EcoMosquito General Manager Ross Batchelder will be joining the Pest-End team.
