Rentokil acquires 3 companies

Rentokil North America announced three recent acquisitions in California and Kansas.

IQ Pest Control Services

Rentokil acquired Modesto, Calif.-based Insect IQ Pest Control Services, which was finalized in November 2021.

Insect IQ Pest Control Services was founded in 2003 and serves the California communities of Modesto, Oakdale, Patteson, Riverbank and surrounding areas.

“In seeking out a partner, we looked for an organization that shared our core values, including a commitment to our customers and colleagues, technical expertise and a well-earned reputation,” Josh and Stacey Haslem, owners of Insect IQ Pest Control, said in a news release. “We feel that Rentokil North America is just the right fit.”

The Potomac Co. acted as the financial advisor to Insect IQ Pest Control Services.

American Pest Control – Kansas City

Rentokil also acquired Kansas City, Kan.-based American Pest Control, which was finalized in December 2021.

American Pest Management was founded in 1979. The company provides pest control to commercial and residential customers in the metro Kansas City, Kan., area, including Overland Park, Olathe, Liberty and surrounding areas.

“Throughout the past year, we have explored many options for the best interest of our clients and staff,” said Ben Sachdeva, owner of American Pest Management. “Rentokil is an excellent fit to provide benefits and opportunities for upward mobility for our staff as well as ensure the continuation of superior service to our clients.”

American Pest Control – Manhattan

Rentokil North America acquired Manhattan, Kan.-based American Pest Management, which was finalized in December 2021.

American Pest Management – Manhattan was founded in 1979. The company provides pest control to commercial and residential customers in Kansas communities such as Abilene, Clay City, Junction City, Ogden, Salina and Wamego.
