Basking Ridge, N.J.-based Viking Pest Control, an Anticimex company, acquired Integrated Pest Management of Hammonton, N.J.
Integrated Pest Management has provided residential and commercial pest control services to greater Southern New Jersey since 1984. The company is known for its local and personalized approach to delivering outstanding customer service.
The partnership will enhance Integrated Pest Management’s pest management solutions while strengthening its delivery of service, increasing its local support and ensuring quality service.
“Integrated Pest Management is an excellent fit; we are excited about the latest addition to the Viking Family,” Paul Bergmann, president of Viking Pest Control, said in a news release. “We welcome the Integrated Pest Management team and will work side by side to continue providing excellent service to our customers.”
Viking Pest Control will provide sustainable solutions to Integrated Pest Management customers, improving the health and well-being of homes and businesses throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
The Aust Group acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Integrated Pest Management. Hanse Andersom, LLP, acted as legal advisor to Integrated Pest Management.
