Target Specialty Products hosts mosquito control webinar

Target Specialty Products, Nature-Cide and Inzecto will host a webinar on April 28 at 1:30 p.m. Eastern titled “Kicking off Mosquito Season with Nature-Cide & Inzecto.”

During the webinar, attendees will hear from Greg Pettis, VP business development of Nature-Cide, and Dr. Philip Koehler, emeritus distinguished professor of urban entomology at the University of Florida.

Pettis will be discussing the benefits of mosquito control with Nature-Cide by reviewing the results of the mosquito study presented by the Journal of the Florida Mosquito Control Association.

Dr. Koehler will be discussing how to use a new tool, the Inzecto Mosquito Trap, as part of a total mosquito management program. The emphasis will be to optimize profit and provide suggestions on upselling existing customers.

Pettis brings 28 years of sales and business management experience to Nature-Cide. He founded Dominion Pest Control, a Pennsylvania-based pest control and exterminating educator. Dominion Pest Control is a certified part representative for Nature-Cide products. Over the years, Pettis has worked closely with the Dominion Pest Control’s staff to ensure that customers were consistently satisfied with the experience they received from the company’s award-winning team.

Dr. Koehler is emeritus distinguished professor of urban entomology at the University of Florida, a fellow of the Entomological Society of America and a fellow of the National Academy of Inventors. Dr. Koehler is also a member of the Pest Management Professional (PMP) Hall of Fame (Class of 2015). He is an honorary member of the Florida Pest Management Association and honorary member of the Certified Pest Control Operators of Florida. Over the past 45 years he has published over 200 scientific publications, given over 3,000 presentations to the pest control industry and is well known for his research in urban entomology and structural pest control, including bed bugs, flies, mosquitoes, cockroaches, termites, and ants.
