Arrow Exterminators recently held its annual 2022-2023 Fiscal Year Kickoff Summit at The Loews Hotel in Atlanta, Ga.
With over 450 team members and partners in attendance, the two-day event celebrated achievements from the prior fiscal year, which included record-breaking milestones of achieving double-digit revenue growth for the 12th year in a row and achieving $340 million in total revenue.
The summit also introduced the new internal fiscal year theme: “Lean In, Level Up, Elevate Your Life.”
“Our success is directly related to the talent of our team members and their hard work and passion,” said Emily Thomas Kendrick, CEO of Arrow Exterminators. “It was my distinct pleasure to award and acknowledge those that helped us not only meet, but exceed our company goals, and achieve over a decade’s worth of double-digit revenue growth.”
Day one of the summit also featured guest speaker Christian Ragland, director of talent acquisition and diversity, equity and inclusion at AtlantiCare, who shared his insights and strategies on how to bring diversity, equity and inclusion into the workplace.
“This year’s theme is all about innovation and ‘leaning in’ to new ideas and strategies for our company looking forward. One of our core values at Arrow is Innovation, where we strive to find better ways to service our customers, be more productive, and have a strong competitive advantage in the industry overall,” added Tim Pollard, president and COO of Arrow Exterminators.
In addition to the meeting, a virtual leadership and motivational workshop for Arrow Exterminators’ leadership team was hosted by Randy Gravitt. The workshop was based on Mark Miller’s new book, Smart Leadership, Four Simple Choices to Scale Your Impact.
