Atlanta, Ga.-based Bug Busters announced the promotion of three employees to service manager positions.

The three — Jarrett Swinger, Ashley Blankenship and Johnathan Harding — will serve in roles in Bug Busters’ Woodstock, Ga., and Hapeville, Ga., branches.

Swinger was promoted from pest management professional (PMP) to residential service manager for the Woodstock branch location. In this role, he will provide initial and ongoing training to Woodstock PMPs and monitor residential service quality via routine inspections and direct contact with customers. Swinger brings four years of pest control industry experience to the position, as well as prior experience as a route service trainer.

Blankenship was promoted from PMP to supervising manager for Hapeville branch location. In this role, Blankenship will serve as an extension of the branch manager and act as the “point person” for any service-related issues. She brings 10 years of pest control industry experience to the position, which she gained by working at both Bug Busters and Scott’s Exterminating, a company that Bug Busters acquired in January 2020.

Harding was promoted from universal pest technician to commercial service manager for the Woodstock branch location. In this role, Harding will manage and maintain relationships with Bug Busters’ large commercial customers. He brings four years of experience to the position, an HP2 certification and Quality Pro Schools certification.

“Thanks to Bug Busters’ steady growth throughout 2021 and the first two quarters of 2022, we were fortunate enough to be able to promote three individuals from within,” said Bug Busters CEO Court Parker. “I’m really looking forward to seeing this talented bunch hone their management skills and excel in their new roles.”
