Truly Nolen promotes 2 employees

Truly Nolen Pest Control recently announced the promotion of two employees.

The company recently promoted James Alfaro to sales manager for Texas and New Mexico. When not in the field, his office will be based out of the company’s Houston, Texas, service office.

Alfaro joined Truly Nolen in 2013 as a sales coordinator in Houston, and his personal success along with his ability to help develop other partners around him led to his promotion to Dallas Manager in 2016. After excelling there, he transferred in 2018 to Galveston,Texas, where he again excelled as a manager. Prior to joining Truly Nolen, Alfaro was a District Manager for Leslie’s Pool Supplies for 10 years. He earned an associate’s degree from Blinn College in Brenham, Texas.

“James created a great culture in both Dallas and Galveston and has developed three President’s Club members along the way,” said Emily Cruz, area manager, West Texas and New Mexico. “His continued success made him an easy choice for this new role, and I am glad he is a member of my team.”

Truly Nolen also announced the promotion of Joe Jayne to sales manager for Bonita Springs, Estero, Macro Island and Naples, Fla. When not in the field, Jayne is based out of the company’s Bonita Springs, Fla., service office.

Jayne joined Truly Nolen in 2009 and has excelled as a manager at multiple locations for the company, including Naples, where he has been since May 2017. Prior to joining Truly Nolen, Jayne was in the banking industry for nearly 20 years. After graduating high school, he enlisted in the United States Marines.

“Joe brought our Naples service office to the top of our ranks and developed a culture that is second-to-none,” said Dave Scott, district manager of Southwest Florida. “I am very excited about Joe in his new role helping our sales team sharpen their skills and continuing to grow the Southwest Florida market.”
