Northwest Exterminating, a Rollins company, donated over 20 bikes and 10 large boxes of various toys to the local U.S. Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots Program for the 2022 holiday season.

The company has partnered with Toys for Tots for many years with teammates from across the Southeast donating unopened toys to local children. This was the 75th anniversary of the Toys for Tots Program.

The mission of the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots Program is to collect new, unwrapped toys and distribute the gifts to less fortunate children in local communities. In 2021, Toys for Tots reports that, with the help of Northwest Exterminating and other local businesses, non-profits and partners, over 800,000 toys were donated, gifted and loved by over 440,000 children in the metropolitan Atlanta, Ga., market.

“The Toys for Tots Program is something the entire Northwest Family looks forward to every year,” said Randy Wilhite, Northwest Exterminating’s vice president of business development. “The local Marine Corps Reserve team is incredible. It’s an honor to be able to support their mission and our local communities during the holiday season.”

This year, the Atlanta Marine Toys for Tots opened an Amazon Wish List to allow for participation and donation from all over the state, and easier access to donate for many. The Amazon Wish List remains available all year to accept ongoing donations.
