Tacoma, Wash.-based Sprague Pest Solutions announced Chris Olson, operations manager for the Marysville, Wash., branch, earned his associate certified entomologist (ACE) certification.
Chris Olson becomes the 32nd employee at Sprague Pest Solutions to attain the coveted ACE certification, marking a significant milestone in the company’s ongoing efforts to foster employee development and expertise. He is the third the individual from the Marysville branch to obtain this distinction.
Sprague Pest Solutions has a history of promoting continuous learning and professional growth among its work force. As part of its loyalty to team member growth, Sprague Pest Solutions aims to have 50 percent of all operational team members ACE-certified by 2026.Currently, the company hold the highest number of ACE certifications in Oregon and is dedicated to extending this achievement to other states.
