Truly Nolen Pest Control recently promoted two employees who work at the company’s Florida locations.
Frank McKeon was promoted to franchise administrator. McKeon, who was most recently with the company’s human resources (HR) department, will remain based out of the company’s Florida operations headquarters in Orlando, Fla.
McKeon first joined the company in July 2003 as an HR Administrator in Phoenix, Ariz., and moved to Orlando several years ago. Earlier this year, he began transitioning to the domestic franchise division after nearly two decades in HR.
Before joining Truly Nolen, McKeon worked in the restaurant industry for one year. He holds an accounting degree from Appalachian State University.
“What I am most excited about as franchise administrator is contributing my skills to assist franchise owners and to generate growth,” McKeon said in the news release. “My favorite thing about working for Truly Nolen is my new team. They are fun, intelligent, passionate and they genuinely value my input.”
Truly Nolen also promoted David Apgar to manager of the company’s Lake Mary, Fla., service office.
Apgar joined Truly Nolen in 2015 as a sales coordinator. Before joining the company, he spent 15 years working for three different pest control companies in New Jersey. In addition, he attended East Stroudsburg University in Pennsylvania and majored in education.
Some of Apgar’s new responsibilities will include helping the service office gain more visibility with the local Lake Mary community as well as instilling the company’s core values throughout his team.
“I am most excited about developing the team around me and continuing to grow in Lake Mary and the surrounding areas,” Apgar said. “My favorite thing about working for Truly Nolen is the team around me and the relationships I have built over the years.”
