Truly Nolen promotes employees in Arizona, Florida

Tucson, Ariz.-based Truly Nolen Pest Control recently promoted employees in Arizona and Florida.

John McCown was promoted to the manager of the company’s Tempe, Ariz., service office.

McCown joined Truly Nolen in November 2022. Prior to joining the company, he spent 33 years in the pest control industry, with 32 of them working with Ecolab while holding several positions in the western United States. He also served in the U.S. Air Force prior to his pest control career.

“I am focusing on helping our associates enjoy their careers while improving service delivery across the board,” McCown said in the news release. “My favorite thing about working for Truly Nolen is our people as well as our tremendous customers.”

Richard Klinge

Truly Nolen also promoted Richard Klinge to business manager for Broward/Palm Beach counties and the Treasure Coast in Florida. When not in the field, he will be based at the company’s Pompano Beach, Fla., office.

Klinge joined the company in 2016 and has been a service office manager in multiple South Florida locations. Prior to joining Truly Nolen, he spent 17 years in retail management and 12 years in residential home security sales. He attended the University of Texas at Arlington before pursuing his career in retail.

“I am most excited about bringing this new position to life because I love the involvement this job has with multiple service offices. I also enjoy helping team achieve their goals,” said Klinge. “My favorite thing about working for Truly Nolen is being part of a family-owned company.  We are a larger company, but yet our culture allows everyone to be their own person.”
