GAM Extermination Group recently acquired Available Pest Control and Lawn Maintenance, based in Jacksonville, Fla.
Headed by industry veterans Greg Migliaccio and Peter Pirrello, GAM Extermination Group has investments in the pest control sector across the country.

According to the news release, “GAM Extermination Group is committed to maintaining the standards of service that Available Pest Control and Lawn Maintenance’s customers have come to expect.” The group plans to retain the existing staff and continue to provide the same professional pest control and lawn maintenance services.
Peter Pirrello, co-founder of GAM Extermination Group, added, “This acquisition aligns perfectly with our mission to invest in and support the growth of leading pest control businesses. We are eager to leverage our resources and expertise to further enhance the services offered by Available Pest Control and Lawn Maintenance.”

Founded in 2012, CEO Greg Migliaccio decided to drop out of college at 19 years old to start a pest control company in New York City. GAM Extermination Group began servicing homes and small commercial establishments as a one-man operation. Today, GAM Exterminating Group operates in eight different cities across the U.S. GAM Exterminating specializes in general pest control and termite work for residential and commercial properties. The company offers proprietary software for the pest control industry and offers its own line of pest control products.
