NaturZone Pest Control promotes 5 employees

Sarasota, Fla.-based NaturZone Pest Control announced five promotions within the company.

Bryce Smith and Sean DeWeese were promoted from quality assurance auditors to service managers, after having participated in a leadership develop program for the past two years. During that time, per the news release, they “have demonstrated outstanding leadership skills and a deep understanding of pest control strategies that have contributed significantly to the company’s success.”

Additionally, Joe Lacrosse and Dale Tulloh are moving to new roles as quality assurance auditors. According to the news release, “As service technicians, they have demonstrated a keen eye for detail and commitment to the highest standards of service, they are ideally positioned to oversee and enhance our quality control processes.”

“These promotions reflect our company’s commitment to recognizing and nurturing talent within our team,” said Andrew Longfellow, president and CEO of NaturZone Pest Control, said in the news release. “Bryce, Sean, Joe and Dale have been instrumental in our growth and success. NaturZone Pest Control also promoted Ron Dorzan to a sales position. “As a key service technician and top service sales person,” the news release states, Dorzan’s promotion “underscores our commitment to recognizing talent and fostering career growth within our organization. The individual’s deep understanding of our services and customer needs will undoubtedly be an asset to our sales team.”
