East Lyme, Conn.-based Debug Pest Control recently acquired Petrin’s Pest Control, based in New London, Conn.
This acquisition helps to expand Debug Pest Control’s standing in the Connecticut market and helps mark the company’s commitment to growth.
Michael Petrin, owner of Petrin’s Pest Control, has decided to sell the business and retire.
“After many successful years in the pest control industry, I am pleased to pass the torch to Debug Pest Control,” Petrin said in the news release. “Their commitment to quality aligns with the values that have defined Petrin’s Pest Control. I am confident that our customers will be in excellent hands.”
The acquisition broadens Debug Pest Control’s service area and also allows for a smooth transition for Petrin’s Pest Control customers.
