Wise House Environmental Services acquires A Real Pest Control

Wise House Environmental Services acquired A Real Pest Control, based in Lake Worth, Fla., on Jan. 22. This is the company’s first acquisition.

Ed Algermissen, the founder of A Real Pest Control, has owned the company for 37 years, building it on quality service and long-term customer relationships. Per the announcement on social media, “some customers have been loyal for decades, a testament to the company’s outstanding service and commitment.”

Dennis Kuchta, founder of Wise House Environmental Services, learned about Algermissen’s journey, from his start in 1982 during a recession to building a business renowned for its premium services.

“Cheap work is no good, and good work is not cheap,” Algermissen remarks, emphasizing his dedication to quality.

Kuchta said in the announcement that Algermissen chose Wise House Environmental Services for “our shared commitment to quality and personal touch. He knew his customers would be more than just numbers with us.”

“It’s surreal, I am proud of the achievement,” Kuchta added. “I have a lot more to learn and accomplish.”
