The timer for the OvoControl Automatic Feeder was updated to provide more functionality, now featuring an adjustment for motor speed to low, medium or high. This feature is especially useful when the feeder is installed in an area with limited space or a smooth surface where kibble can roll. The new timer provides more flexibility, although OvoControl applications normally require just once-a-day baiting. Everything else on the controller and motor assembly remain identical to the previous model.

About Innolytics

Per its website, Innolytics makes birth control for pigeons. Its patented technology was developed in collaboration with the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (USDA/APHIS). The non-lethal and humane technology interferes with the ability of pigeon eggs to hatch. The product is fed to birds during the reproductive season.

Innolytics is located in La Qunita, CA. It is a privately held company developing contraceptive technology for wildlife. Innolytics’ product, OvoControl (brand of nicarbazin) represents contraceptive control for birds.  Similar to commercial pet food, OvoControl P is produced in an animal feed manufacturing plant. Innolytics’ products are made with state-of-the-art extrusion equipment in a facility inspected by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. All production follows strict Quality Assurance and Quality Control protocols, consistent with current Good Manufacturing Practices or cGMP.

Ideal locations to use OvoControl include manufacturing facilities, power plants, oil refineries, chemical production and hospitals. Other suitable sites include transportation hubs, dense urban areas, hotels, schools and airports.
