Cook’s Pest Control held its annual Keystones award dinner on Jan. 26 in the Saturn Ballroom of Huntsville’s Von Braun Center in Huntsville, Ala.
Before celebrating 78 President’s Club members, the company recognized 27 managers and supervisors that surpassed 2023 goals, and five office specialists chosen to receive a President’s Award. In addition, 14 Keystone awards were presented; six for top performance in key areas and eight for those who best modeled Cook’s core values.
The following six employees received Keystone awards based on their 2023 achievements in management and sales:
- Trey Nash (Marietta, Ga.) Commercial Sales Leader
- Tyler Cooper (Huntsville, Ala.) Residential Sales Leader
- Josh Taber (Chattanooga, Tenn.) Sales Manager of the Year
- Martina Mosley (Rome, Ga.) Home Office
- Mike Schuller (Huntsville, Ala.) Termite Manager of the Year
- Colby Ward (Madison, Ala.) Pest Manager of the Year
The following eight employees received Keystone awards for demonstrating a commitment to Cook’s company culture and core values. These winners were nominated by district management through a survey that described why each nominee should be considered, with specific examples of stewardship, gratitude, integrity, excellence, generosity and respect:
