Tucson, Ariz.-based Arizona Pest Control has committed to partnering with FC Tucson, self-described as “Southern Arizona’s preeminent soccer club.” Founded in 2011, FC (Football Club) Tucson currently consists of:
- an amateur men’s team in United Soccer Leagues (USL) League Two;
- an amateur women’s team in the Women’s Premier Soccer League (WPSL); and
- a boys youth academy program in USL Academy.
“Arizona Pest Control is excited to partner with an organization that has such a positive impact on the Tucson community,” Bruce Tennenbaum, Arizona Pest Control CEO, said in a news release.
This partnership is part of Arizona Pest Control’s continuing community support of Tucson and Southern Arizona, including:
- Sponsoring $25,000 in sports and education programs for Pueblo High School, Sabino High School, Ironwood Ridge High School, Catalina Foothills High School, Mountain View High School, Salpointe High School, Empire High School, Canyon del Oro High School, Tucson High School, Cienega High School, Pusch Ridge Christian and several others.
- Contributing $5,000 each to the Catalina Foothills School District Foundation and the Catholic Tuition Support Organization.
- Sponsoring the Catalina Foothills School District Teachers of the Year program.
